Our Terms

Thank you for choosing CERAMICO DESIGNER TILES LTD to provide you with an estimate to supply Tiles & Timber Flooring. Please take a moment to read the following Terms and Conditions.

 

TILES

  • We have included a 15% wastage factor in our calculations but should point out that the final layout, as determined by the tile installer, can result in a difference between the estimated & actual amount of tiles installed.

  • We do recommend you keep some spare tiles of the same batch in case they are needed in the future as tiles can be deleted by the manufacturer.

  • Colour & calibration may vary between the tile sample and delivered product and also between batches due to manufacturing processes, this is not a defect. International standards define the acceptable variation in any batch. Supplied products can vary from samples.

  • Nominal tile sizes are indicated, the actual size can vary. Colour variation is inherent in natural stone.

  • Please notify us if there are changes to your specifications before the tiles are laid & we will revise your estimate accordingly.

  • We advise you to check your tiles as we are unable to accept any responsibility after they are installed. (see below).

 

TILE INSTALLERS

  • We do not employ tile installers but have worked closely with a group of experienced local tradesmen for many years & are happy to recommend one to you.

 

TIMBER FLOORING

  • Wood exposed to sunlight can be subject to colour changes.

 

DEPOSIT

  • A deposit will be requested on the placement of your order.

 

PAYMENT

  • We ask that your goods are paid for prior to collection.

  • Ceramico account holders may pay by 20th of the month following invoice.

  • All goods remain the property of Ceramico Designer Tiles Ltd until paid for in full.

  • Unpaid accounts may be subject to penalty fees & collection costs.

  • We reserve the right to charge a credit card fee (conditions apply).

  • Terms & conditions apply to indented orders. An Importer’s deposit will be required

 

PRICES
All tile prices ex Ceramico unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change.

 

FREIGHT / DELIVERY

  • Depending on the mode of transport, a courier or freight fee will apply.

  • A delivery fee will apply if you or your installer is unable to collect your product from the store.
     

RETURNS POLICY 

  • Returns are only acceptable within 1 month of purchase.

  • The product should be in original packaging, good condition & accompanied by original invoice.

  • Returns will be subject to a re-stock fee of 25% of the retail price plus full freight costs. 

  • Indented & Sale products are non-returnable.

  • Refunds will be payable by internet banking or cheque.

  • Tiles & timber are only acceptable in box lots.

  • All returns are subject to approval from our importers & must be from a current stocked batch. 
     

GLOBAL INDUSTRY STANDARDS ARE STRICTLY “NO CLAIMS AFTER INSTALLATION”
